Ayurveda, an ancient system of Medicine from India, teaches us to pay attention to how to eat and take responsibility for our health. Ayurveda is very clear when it comes to food. Food is needed to heal and maintain good health. You should consider incorporating six tastes in every meal: sweet, sour, salty, bitter, astringent, and pungent. In Ayurveda, we talk about seasonal eating and doshic eating - which means the type of eating for your body type. With these dinners, we get to explore and taste the bounty of the season as well as meals inspired by your individual nature!
