Ancient Ayurveda for a Modern Healthy Lifestyle w/ Jennifer Ward

Through the Ayurvedic system of medicine we can learn the practice of living in harmony with the pulse of nature to reach a state of balanced health. By living in harmony with nature, and our nature within, we can evoke this innate sense of physical and emotional health by learning self-care practices of Ayurveda through whole foods, doshic eating, mindful eating, yoga, breath-work, culinary herbs and more.
In this seasonal Ayurveda workshop we will review:

- Key concepts, model of healing, 3 Doshas
- Living an Ayurvedic Lifestyle
- Dinacharya, Ritucharya
- Following an Ayurvedic Diet

- Ayurvedic Detoxification & Self‐Care
- Panchakarma, Self‐Massage, Self‐Care
